Hawaii Retreat — Oahu & Kauai
April 3rd - 9th, 2027
Join SEIKRID for an unforgettable journey into the elemental heart of Hawaiʻi, where volcanic fire, ancient land, turquoise waters, powerful mountains, and the wild beauty of the islands invite us into deeper connection.
Over seven days, we’ll explore Hawaiʻi through the four elements — Earth, Air, Fire, and Water — using the landscape itself as our teacher. We’ll hike through epic mountain terrain, explore volcanic landscapes, immerse ourselves in the ocean, move our bodies, breathe, practice, gather in ceremony, and create space to reconnect with something both ancient and alive.
This retreat is for those who want to go deeper into the elements and further into adventure. Expect more challenging hikes, breathtaking elevations, volcanic energy, wild landscapes, turquoise waters, and experiences that ask us to step outside of our comfort zones and fully meet the land.
We’ll slow down where the land asks us to slow down, challenge ourselves where it calls us forward, and make space to listen; to the wind, the water, the earth beneath our feet, the fire within the volcano, and the wisdom that emerges when we become present enough to hear it.
This is not simply a trip to Hawaiʻi. It is an invitation to experience the islands through movement, connection, adventure, ceremony, and reverence for the living elements.
Seven days. Four elements. Wild landscapes. Sacred connection. Deep adventure.
Come with us to Hawaiʻi and discover what happens when we let the land become the journey, and allow the elements to remind us what it means to be fully alive.
We don't believe in simply arriving somewhere beautiful and calling it a retreat.
We believe in entering into relationship with the place we're visiting; with the land, the culture, the elements, the people and with ourselves.
Every SEIKRID journey is intentionally curated to create space for adventure, connection, ceremony, movement, reflection and the unexpected moments that become the ones you remember.
Why Hawaiʻi?
Hawaiʻi is not simply the backdrop for this retreat. It is part of the experience.
A land shaped by fire, water, wind and earth; where mountains rise from the ocean and volcanic landscapes remind us that the Earth is constantly creating, transforming and becoming.
EARTH
Mountain trails. Lava fields. Ancient land. Grounding.
AIR
Breath. Elevation. Wind. Spaciousness.
FIRE
Volcanoes. Transformation. Vitality. Creation.
WATER

As the founder of SEIKRID, Jessica creates spaces where people can step outside of their everyday lives and reconnect; with themselves, with one another, and with the places they are traveling through. Her retreats are intentionally curated to go beyond traditional tourism, weaving together local culture, sacred places, nature, movement, ritual and meaningful human connection.
Jessica brings more than 30 years of experience working with breath, movement and consciousness, alongside a diverse background in yoga, meditation, Reiki, martial arts, somatic breathwork and ceremonial practices. She is a certified SomatIQ Breathwork™ practitioner, yoga and meditation instructor, Master Reiki facilitator, ceremonial drummer and 3rd Degree Tang Soo Do Black Belt.
Her approach is both grounded and expansive; creating containers that feel safe enough for deep inner work while leaving plenty of room for laughter, adventure, spontaneity and the unexpected moments that make a journey unforgettable.
Over the years, Jessica has facilitated experiences for hundreds of people across international retreats, workshops, ceremonies and community gatherings. She is passionate about bringing people together, building authentic community and creating experiences where strangers become friends and travel becomes something much deeper.
For Jessica, conscious travel is an opportunity to learn from the land, honor the places we visit, connect with local culture, challenge ourselves, and remember that transformation doesn't always happen in a studio or retreat center. Sometimes it happens on a mountain, in an ancient temple, around a shared table, or somewhere completely unexpected.
The old is new.
The ancient is innovative.
The forgotten is remembered.
